DOJOS

Classes take place throughout the week for adults and children (aged 13 and below) at our dojos. Most trainings in Singapore take place in air-conditioned multi-purpose halls and are overseen by Kelly Tan Sensei (5th Dan). For specific locations and times, please scroll down to find one that is most accessible and convenient for you. Do note that classes are closed during public holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Please visit our Journal for the latest updates.

Bishan Community Club

The biggest and most popular of all three classes, It is also the only dojo where adults and children train at separate times. 

Training is held on Tuesdays beginning at 19:00 - 20:00 for children followed by 20:00 - 21:30 for adults.

Toa Payoh West Community Club 

Situated in a quiet yet accessible location, Toa Payoh West Dojo is a favourite among many beginners due to it's small class size. 

Training takes place on Mondays at 20:00. Children's classes end at 21:00 and adults at 21:30.

Toa Payoh Central Community Club

Both timing and location make Toa Payoh Central Dojo a popular choice to end the work week. Refresh both body and soul in training followed by our weekly ritual of supper.

Training is held every Friday at 20:00. Children's classes end at 21:00 and adult's at 21:30.

Nee Soon South Community Club

Highlight your weekends with Aikido classes at this large, air-conditioned dojo.

Nestled a short 5 minute walk from Khatib MRT, Nee Soon South CC is surrounded by amenities to end your weekend on a relaxing note.

Training is held every Sunday at 16:30 to 17:30 for children; and 17:30 to 19:00 for adults.

NEE SOON EAST COMMUNITY CENTRE

Opened in August 2015 by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong after an 18-month upgrading programme, this club incorporated features and facilities that were suggested by 2,500 residents and students from surrounding schools. Classes are conducted in an air-conditioned classroom on Level 4. 

Classes are held every Thursday at 19:45. Children's classes end at 20:45 and adults at 21:15.

Braddell Heights Community Club 

Located right in the middle of bustling Serangoon Central, trainings at Braddell Heights CC are conducted at the airy, sheltered roof terrace on the 7th floor of the building. It's easily accessible by public transport with Serangoon MRT Station & Bus Interchange just a stone's throw away.

Training is held every Sunday at 14:00 to 15:00 for Children and 14:45 to 16:15 for Adults.

HILLVIEW community club

Located opposite the HillV2 mall, the new Hillview CC is just a few minutes walk from Hillview MRT. Classes are conducted at the spacious Multi-purpose Hall on Level 2.

Classes are held on Thursday evenings at 20:00. Children's classes end at 21:00 and adult's at 21:30.

ORCHARD CENTRAL

Nestled in the upscale Orchard shopping district, the Orchard Central dojo at Recognize Studio on Level 5 caters especially to children aged between 3 - 12 years.

Several classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays between 12:00 to 15.00.

DOWN SYNDROME AIKIDO ENRICHMENT PROGRAMME

In partnership with the Down Syndrome Association (Singapore), Instructor Shamus Chan has especially designed an Aikido learning programme for persons with Down Syndrome.

The Programme aims to develop the participants' motor skills, physical conditioning, and social interaction.

Classes are held every Saturday from 09:30 - 10:30 (For DSA members only)

SENGKANG WEST ZONE L RESIDENT'S COMMITTEE

Located next to Sengkang Riverside Park, the dojo is few steps away from Farmway LRT. 

Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 20:00 to 21:00 for Children and 20:00 to 21:30 for Adults.

henderson cOMMUNITY CLUB

Located just opposite Bukit Merah View Hawker Centre, students can easily indulge in a hearty meal after training.

Classes are held on Saturday evenings from 17:30 to 18:30 for Children and 17:30 to 19:00 for Adults.

Sungai Ara, Penang, Malaysia

This dojo is located at the Church of the Divine Mercy, a Roman Catholic Church and Christian Community Centre that was completed in 2010 and is a landmark for the township of Sungai Ara.

Classes are held twice a week:
Every Tuesday from 20:00 to 21:30
Every Saturday from 13:00 to 14:00 for Children; and 14:00 to 15:30 for Adults.

Green lane, penang, malaysia

This dojo is located at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, a Roman Catholic Church that is situated in the area called Green Lane.

Classes are held once a week:
Every Thursday from 19:30 to 20:30 for Children; and 20:15 to 21:45 for Adults.
